SA Home Loans: Re-architecture of Loan Origination and Life Insurance system

This was a co-source project where Elzaris worked onsite alongside SA Home Loans staff and provided systems architecture, expertise, management, development resources, and mentoring. The system forms the core of SA Home Loans business operations and is an enterprise-wide, mission-critical system which spans the entire lifetime of a loan, including sales, marketing, valuations, origination, product management, credit, legal, disbursements, banking, document management, auditing, administration, organisational structures, roles and more. As part of our work on the project, Elzaris developed a custom, high-performance workflow engine to handle the large volumes of work being processed through the system daily.

Ghana Home Loans: Consulted on the assessment and selection of an ERP system

Ghana Home Loans required an ERP system to be implemented to replace disparate and obsolete existing systems. The new system would need to fulfil the requirements of the Ghana Home Loans business process and offer significant enhancements and benefits that were lacking in the existing systems. The first aspect of this project was for Elzaris Technologies to gain an understanding of the Ghana Home Loans business processes and to document these processes. The second aspect of the project was to provide an assessment on proposed solutions that had already been identified by Ghana Home Loans and to identify and assess additional suitable solutions.
